Welcome to GoAspire, a product by Aspire BV, designed to help individuals and teams assess their potential and performance and gain actionable insights. By accessing or using GoAspire, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

   By signing up for GoAspire, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). Aspire reserves the right to update these terms. You will be notified of changes and required to agree to them at your next login.

   1. All assessments, algorithms, insights, and related materials provided by GoAspire are the exclusive property of Aspire.
   2. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely within the GoAspire platform for their intended purpose.
   3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
      
      
5. Data Ownership and Accuracy
   1. All data submitted by users becomes the property of Aspire. Aspire retains the right to use this data in accordance with the [Privacy Policy].

   2. Share access credentials with unauthorized parties.

   3. Scrape, copy, or otherwise misuse the assessments, insights, or algorithms.

   4. Use the service in a way that infringes on intellectual property or violates applicable laws.
      
      

7.  Payment and Refunds
   GoAspire operates on a transactional and subscription-based model.
   All payments are final. No refunds will be provided.
   
   
8. Termination of Service
   Aspire reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms.
   
   
9. Privacy and Data Sharing
   Aspire collects and uses user data as outlined in the [Privacy Policy].

   Aspire may share anonymized or aggregated data with third parties for service improvement, analytics, or partnerships.
